TEAM HUTT SKI ALPINE PROGRAMS
Team Hutt’s programs have an emphasis on introducing children at the junior levels to the sport of ski racing, as well as helping them succeed towards National Alpine Team Status. Our programs are structured to suit the variety of skier levels and individual requirements where possible.
All Team Hutt programs have an individual page on this website which provides detailed information on the program including essentials/funamentals, ski races attended, age definition (year of birth), program dates & times, and cost.
Membership applications will be available soon.
We prefer payment to be made at the time of application via our online credit card payment option.
Payment by internet banking / direct credit can be made to Team Hutt, BNZ Methven, 02-0820-0614489-00.
Cheques can be posted to Team Hutt, The Canterbury Alpine Sports Trust, PO Box 27, Methven 7745.
All Team Hutt pricing is for the Canterbury based athletes. Athletes outside of the Canterbury region who wish to join the program will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may have a different price structure.
Changes to Program Levels
If an athlete wishes to move up to the next program and ski more days, by joining the next age bracket program, they may discuss this with the program director. Athletes may not move down in age group programs. No exceptions will be given to athletes wishing to join casually; all athletes must fit into this program. Some athletes may ski up and outside of the age group peers according to ability and results. This will be continually assessed by the Program Director and coaching staff through out the season.
Available by arrangement with Program Director, cost is $125pp/day for Team Hutt members and subject to numbers and availability.
We encourage all parents to take out their own insurance for unforeseen circumstances. We DO NOT provide refunds for the program. This includes, but not limited to, sickness, injury, weather, or family issues.
Team Hutt Casual Rate is for athletes outside of Team Hutt who would like to come try it out for the day, or join us from another program for the day. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is decided by the Program Director. The cost for this is $180/day.
Code of Conduct
As part of the application process all athletes and their parents/guardians must read and sign the Team Hutt Athlete Code of Conduct. Parents, please read this with your children, and confirm with your child that they understand, by signing the form.
If you have any questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to contact the Team Hutt Program Director Chris Mosaed.
